Answers about tracking, delivery, customs and payments.
Open the Track Shipment page, enter the tracking number from your confirmation e-mail or receipt, and press Track. You will see the current status, the location, the full history and the route on the map.
It is printed on your receipt and sent to the receiver by e-mail when the shipment is created. New tracking numbers start with USPL, followed by four digits and four letters or digits. Older shipments use the US- format and still work.
Order Confirmed: we have registered the shipment. Picked by Courier: it has been collected. On The Way: it is in transit. Custom Hold: customs needs an action or a payment before release. Delivered: the receiver has the parcel.
Customs authorities can stop a shipment for inspection or for unpaid duties and clearance fees. The tracking page then shows the amount to settle and a payment button. Once it is settled, the cargo is released and moves on to delivery.
Transit time depends on the service you choose (air is the fastest, sea is slower), the route, and how quickly customs clears the shipment. The tracking page always shows the latest real status instead of a fixed promise.
Each update is shown in the local time of the place where it happened (for example PDT in Los Angeles or CEST in Austria), with the UTC time underneath for reference.
Use the Request a Quote page or contact us with the weight, size, route and what you are sending. Prices depend on the service, volume, route and customs requirements.
The payment page lists the methods that are currently enabled. After paying, you upload the proof of payment so that the payment can be confirmed.
Send us your tracking number through the Contact page. We will check the shipment and reply by e-mail.
Names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and street addresses are partly hidden on the public tracking page to protect privacy. Only the information needed to follow the shipment is displayed.
